Dr. Chappell is Board Certified by the American Board of
Plastic Surgery. He has trained extensively in cosmetic and
reconstructive surgery and has dedicated his career to excellence
in plastic surgery. He realizes that a complete understanding
of the patient's needs will aid in providing the most successful
